1. Introduction

Welcome to DJ Patrick. By booking our DJ services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure clarity and fairness for both you (the client) and DJ Patrick (the service provider)

 

2. Bookings and Payments

​

A non-refundable deposit (typically 10–20%) is required only for wedding bookings to confirm the date. Bookings for all other event types do not require a deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For wedding bookings, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.

A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit (if applicable) and any signed agreement have been received.

3. Cancellations

​

If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, only the deposit is forfeited.Cancellations within 30 days of the event will incur the full balance.In the unlikely event DJ Patrick must cancel due to illness or emergency, you’ll receive a full refund of all payments made. We will also make every effort to recommend a suitable replacement DJ.

 

4. Performance and Setup

DJ Patrick will arrive at least 60–90 minutes before the event start time to set up.The client must ensure suitable access to power and a safe performance area.Please notify us in advance of any venue restrictions, such as noise limits, setup times, or access issues.

 

5. Music Requests

​

You’re welcome to send a playlist or preferred genres before the event.DJ Patrick will do their best to accommodate requests but reserves the right to adjust music choices based on crowd response and professionalism.

6. Equipment and Liability

​

All DJ equipment is PAT tested and insured for public liability.DJ Patrick accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party actions or venue conditions beyond our control.

 

7. Conduct and Safety

 

The client is responsible for the behaviour of guests at the event.DJ Patrick reserves the right to stop the performance if safety is compromised (e.g., equipment interference, aggression, or damage risk).

 

8. Photos and Videos

 

DJ Patrick may take photos or short clips during the event for social media or promotional use.Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to have your event recorded or shared.

 

9. Privacy
 

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected (e.g., your name, email, event details) will only be used for communication and booking purposes and never shared with third parties.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
